Precepts by Kay Arthur: Hosea & Ruth
Author: Kay Arthur
As a prophet to the northern kingdom of Isreal, Hosea addresses the spiritual harlotry of God’s people, the certainty of judgement and the assurance of the Lord’s steadfast love. In his own personal life, Hosea’s marriage to the unfaithful Gomer parallels Israel’s condition. Learn about persistence, reconciliation and unconditional love through this in-depth study.
Just as Ruth redeemed by Boaz in the book of Ruth, we as believers, have a Kinsman Redeemer in Jesus Christ. This rich study shows how Christ both redeems and advocates for us, offering us an opportunity for new life in Him.
