A Fitness and Health Ministry for Women

Looking for a place to get better fit while being encouraged in your walk with the Lord? Fit to Serve is just for you! Whether you desire to serve Christ more effectively through better health and fitness or are looking for a place where your friends will be warmly welcomed while hearing about our relationship with Jesus, we encourage you to get involved. Check out the class and time that interests you the most and join us for some great fellowship and fun.

Body Sculpting: Mondays & Wednesdays, 9-10 am

This class will introduce you to varied functional movements at various intensity levels, giving a maximum workout in minimum time. Bring your water bottle and get ready to go!
