Text: Luke 9:51-62
Verse 51: “[Jesus] resolutely set His face to go to Jerusalem…”
In following Jesus, what can we learn from our Lord as He does His Father’s will and faces the Cross in Jerusalem?- Verse 53: “they did not receive [Jesus]”. What lesson did the pastor draw here?
- Verses 54-55: This incident illustrates a trap to which we disciples of Jesus are always susceptible in our zeal for Christ. What is it?
